Why Serra Offsites exists
For more than 15 years, Berlin was home. It was a life shaped by digital work, a fast pace and the energy of a big city.
At some point, the need to slow down and live differently became stronger. That led to Mallorca, and eventually to the Serra de Tramuntana, where nature, movement and the mountains became part of everyday life.
Living here brought a simple realisation:
Sometimes, we need to step away from our usual environment to reconnect with what really matters.
With ourselves.
With nature.
And with the people around us.
Serra Offsites was born from this idea.
We create space for teams to leave behind screens and routines, move through nature, share experiences and connect in a different way.
Because wellbeing and good work are not separate.
When people have space to breathe, connect and gain perspective, healthier ways of working can emerge.

Our connection to nature and the "serra"
The Serra de Tramuntana is more than a beautiful setting. It is a protected landscape, a living environment and a place with its own history, communities and traditions.
We believe experiences in nature come with a responsibility to respect and protect the places that make them possible.
That is why Serra Offsites aims to support a more conscious and sustainable approach to tourism: choosing local partners, respecting the landscape and its communities, and encouraging teams to experience Mallorca beyond the usual tourist routes.
For us, being in nature is not about simply passing through it.
It is about appreciating it, respecting it and leaving as little impact as possible.
